Minimize Open Pores micro-shake, Serotonin, tonic ... Check the most effective

Did you know that the face is made up of approximately 300,000 pores? These dots become larger in more seborrheic regions, such as in the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin), and in patients with oily skin. What can we do to minimize these imperfections? The DermaClub listed seven ways to break open pores. See also:
1) Wash your face every day with soap or cleansing gel

Washing the face is essential to avoid opening the pores. This habit helps to control excess oiliness - the main cause of pore clogging - and leaves the region drier and healthier. To do this, always opt for bar or gel soaps with seborregulatory actives, such as zinc gluconate, LHA and salicylic acid.

Usage tip: Effaclar Concentrado, from La Roche-Posay

2) Use anti-freeze spray

The accumulation of oiliness on the face is the biggest cause of open pores. To prevent the problem and even diminish these enlarged dots of the region, the tip is to use an anti-dust spray to help control the activity of the sebaceous glands and, consequently, help in reducing the pores.

Tip of use: Serozinc, de La Roche-Posay
3) Use facial tonic after washing the face

If even after cleansing the skin you still feel your face with pores wide open, the way is to invest in a facial tonic. There are two types of this product, the traditional one - which removes impurities, balances pH and strengthens tone - and astringent - reduces facial oiliness and decreases sebum production.
4) Apply sunscreen with blur effect

It is also important to include in your care routine a facial sunscreen with blur effect, which disguises the open pores and other imperfections of the skin. In addition to this function, the product also needs to have high SPF (over 50), dry touch, wide spectrum and preferably color to protect against visible light.

Tip for use: Anthelios Airlicium, de La Roche-Posay
5) Sprinkle cold water on face

In addition to refreshing the skin and leaving the region well away from irritations and red plaques, the thermal water also helps to reduce the open pores. Just leave the product a few minutes in the refrigerator before using and sprinkle on the face. The cold temperature helps to contract the pores and leave the face less oily.

Tip of use: Thermal water, of La Roche-Posay

Which antioxidant is most suitable for my skin?

Everything will depend on the characteristics of your skin. For more oily and acne-prone skin, look for formulations with antioxidants such as vitamin C, ferule acid and Florentine and on light, quick-absorbing bases such as serum. For normal skin, there is not much restriction, always look for comfortable formulations, the hint of the excellent serum because as it has fast absorption, it facilitates the application of make up or sunscreen over the serum without wasting time. For mature or drier skins, a formula that associates vitamin C with vitamin E, are ideas, because they have antioxidant action potentiated and Vitamin E still contributes to the hydration of the skin.

Tip: Serum texture is one that always matches every skin type. If you are in doubt as to which vehicle to choose, always choose this one.
